How do I choose which doll I want? 

You can choose a Cocoa, Ginger, Cinnamon, boy, girl, or any of our specialty dolls. 

What is the recommended age for a Sugarfoots™? 

4 to 104. 

How are the clothes selected?

All Sugarfoots™ outfits are specifically designed, and fabrics are pre-selected to keep the product unique.  

Can I request my colors?

If the color you are requesting is not in stock and the production team has to research the color request, there will be an additional fee.  

How long does it take to receive the doll? 

Typically, it will ship the same day if it is in stock. If it is not in stock, it will take 7 to 10 days once production begins. We ask that you please shop accordingly so that we may accommodate a timely delivery. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. When you check out, you can find additional information in your shopping cart.

Where are Sugarfoots™ Dolls manufactured? 

Sugarfoots™ soft-sewn rag dolls have been proudly handcrafted by trained seamstresses in the USA since 1992.  

Are there removable parts on the faces of the dolls? 

No. All of the dolls have intentionally hand-embroidered faces. 

What material is used for the doll's hair? 

The Doll's hair is sewn with four-ply worsted-weight 100% premium acrylic yarn. 

What material is used for the doll's clothing? 

Most, if not all, of the fabrics are 100% cotton, domestic and imported. 

What is the doll filled with?

Non-allergenic 100% pure polyester fiber filling, ensuring its original appearance after multiple washings. 

Is the doll washable? 

All of the clothing on the doll is removable and washable, as is the doll itself. 

What is your return policy? 

We are confident you will love your Sugarfoots™. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we have a 100% guarantee that your payment will be refunded, excluding shipping and handling costs. The product must be returned within 30 days with its original packaging. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
